An all-new exterior body color, Autumn Bronze (Code I), is standard for all 1968 Firebirds. This new color replaces Starlight Black (Code A), which is available only on special order and at extra cost for Firebird models. Autumn Bronze is also available as a special paint option at extra cost on all other 1968 Pontiac models except GTO.

Cameo Ivory (Code C) is recommended as the upper area color with Autumn Bronze when a two-tone paint combination is desired.
