Violation of Terms of Use Protocol:

Anyone violating the Terms of Use for this Bulletin Board and Web Site:

1. First Offense - Private message.
2. Second Offense - Private message with warning.
3. Third Offense - A brief suspension (7 days).
4. Final Offense or Gross Misconduct - Either 30 day suspension or ban, depending upon severity of the offenses.

Realize with the real time nature of the board and many other places on our site, we can not monitor the site 24/7 and do not pretend we can. To help with this process on the Board, their is a "Notify" button on each post which you can use to notify a moderator. As quickly as possible, we will review the post, asses it, and take any necessary steps.

This is how we are going to handle any situations which arise going forward. This has been a very good community and we suspect we will rarely need to enact the above protocol. We appreciate you for this.
